On 4 March 2014, Maria Flament, Voice of the Customer Director at Leroy Merlin and Pierre Debrauwere, TERRADEO campus Director, welcomed us at the headquarters of Groupe Adeo in Ronchin. Many marketing and customer relationship directors were attending this morning of discussions and discoveries.
The morning session began with an introduction of ERDIL and our automatic customer feedback analysis solution led by our C.E.O Séverine. The attendees were then invited to discuss Leroy Merlin’s customer listening strategy with Maria Flament, and how to exploit the customer feedback’s full value.
Pierre Debrauwere eventually introduced us to the philosophy behind the TERRADEO – Campus de l’Habitat building… Starting from the house-shaped welcome point… towards the nap room… not to forget some very original trompe l’oeils…
A convivial lunch concluded this day!
