This was now our fourth year attending the Customer Relationship & Marketing Meetings, on 6 and 7 November 2019 !
Following in the footsteps of Stéphane Mallard, Gilles Babinet, Frédéric Cavazza and Laurent Alexandre, this year the Keynote speaker was Axelle Lemaire. France’s former Secrétaire d’État en charge du Numérique et de l’Innovation focused on a broad topic: « Growth, Trust and Sense: facing the three issues of transformation. »
Concerning the rest of the program, the event were animated by the rhythm of its now traditional meetings with Top Decision-makers interspersed with Exhibitors Workshops.
We had the pleasure of talking with Top Decision-makers about how they listen to their customers and their projects involving verbatim semantic analysis during the various meetings, lunches and evenings!
