In the French movie Astérix et Obélix : Mission Cléopâtre, unhappy workers express their dissatisfaction by shouting « Not happy ! Not happy ! Not happy ! » Could this quote sum up how customers express themselves in their verbatim?
You probably had an answer in mind. Our workshop nevertheless showcased how brands covering sectors as diverse as automotive, energy, commerce, services exploit the verbatim they receive and how they display their commitment towards their customers and collaborators.
While the formula of a magic potion guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction may prove difficult to discover (or is it?), you were able to discover some tried-and-tested recipes, in which the benefits brought by automatic feedback analysis featured prominently.
